In Prepare, you have the option to associate a user with multiple organizations. As an administrator, this means you don't have to send invitations from each organization to the same user.
Here's how to associate a user with multiple organizations
- Click on Users in the left menu and select the user who needs to be associated with another organization.
- Scroll down to the section Access to Organizations in FirstAgenda.
- Click on Add user to organization in the upper right corner.

- Check the boxes next to the organizations the user should have access to.
- Finally, click Save.
The user is now associated with the selected organizations.
