This update provides increased transparency in WebAdmin, more intuitive note handling and easier meeting reviews. It also introduces the ability to mark approvers as absent and enables AI summaries on closed agenda items. Several issues related to note placement and editing have also been resolved.
We have improved the display of substitutes and optimized the speaker list, making it clearer who is participating – and in which speaking order. In addition, we have fixed several issues and improved the search function when creating substitute lists.
We have updated FirstAgenda Prepare with a number of improvements and bug fixes that enhance journaling to DMS, introduce an updated text editor in the reader view, and ensure more stable user and document handling.
With this update, public settings and suggestions from FirstAgenda Live can now be displayed directly in Publication, ensuring greater transparency and consistency across the solutions.
