Hard work has been going on behind the scenes in the past few weeks, and now it has resulted in a major product update for FirstAgenda Prepare. This update includes a free text field in “Send for Review,” which was a request from the 2024 customer day, as well as an addition to the Acadre integration. Additionally, a number of bugs have been fixed.

A new update of FirstAgenda Publication has just been released, focusing on the participant list and implementing a correction in the PDFs.

The first product update of the year for FirstAgenda Live is now available, featuring a range of minor improvements and bug fixes. It is now no longer possible to delete “No Party,” which is the party that imported users are assigned to before being allocated to their correct party. Additionally, users will now encounter a clear message when using automatic import, and bug fixes have been made regarding recusal requests and the deletion of standard texts.

A new year naturally brings new product updates, and below you will find the first one for FirstAgenda Prepare in 2025. This includes the development of what we call “Floating Notes across Meetings and Committees.” Additionally, we have expanded the scanning functionality for CPR numbers so that it now also scans for emails and phone numbers before the meeting is released to participants.
