FirstAgenda Prepare – Easier switching between organisations and improved document overview

The latest update to FirstAgenda Prepare makes it easier to switch between AWS and Binero organisations, provides better insight into document status, and includes several usability improvements.

Improved organisation switching (AWS and Binero)
In the organisation dropdown menu in the web version, you’ll now find the link “View all my organisations”, providing quick access to all organisations you are linked to – whether hosted in AWS or Binero.

We're also working on an improved solution for iPad.

Support function name now shown in user profile
When the user clicks on “Support” in their profile, the name you've assigned to your support function is now shown – creating a clearer and more recognisable experience.

Improved document status in manual meetings
Each individual document now displays a status indicator, making it easy to see which documents have been processed and if any have failed – not just at agenda item level.

Other improvements

  • User interface for migration tool: A visual interface has been added so that more users – not just technical administrators (e.g. Jon) – can initiate migration jobs.
  • Expanded integrations API: The integration now allows organisations to fetch both open and closed meeting documents – for example, for submission to the national archive.
