FirstAgenda Prepare – Free text field in “Send for Review” and Bug Fixes

Hard work has been going on behind the scenes in the past few weeks, and now it has resulted in a major product update for FirstAgenda Prepare. This update includes a free text field in “Send for Review,” which was a request from the 2024 customer day, as well as an addition to the Acadre integration. Additionally, a number of bugs have been fixed.

FirstAgenda Prepare - Floating Notes and Extended Scanning Functionality

A new year naturally brings new product updates, and below you will find the first one for FirstAgenda Prepare in 2025. This includes the development of what we call “Floating Notes across Meetings and Committees.” Additionally, we have expanded the scanning functionality for CPR numbers so that it now also scans for emails and phone numbers before the meeting is released to participants.

New Password Requirement for FirstAgenda Prepare and Live

As part of maintaining a high security standard, we are now increasing the length requirement for passwords in FirstAgenda Prepare and FirstAgenda Live. Passwords must now contain at least 16 characters.

We have carried out a technical update during the night, preparing FirstAgenda Prepare for future improvements. There are no changes visible to users.

FirstAgenda Prepare - Download Closed Meeting Content and Fix for Template-Based Meeting Creation

In the latest product update for FirstAgenda Prepare, we have launched a new committee setting that enables closed meeting content to be downloaded at the individual committee level. Additionally, SBSYS customers can now update their own committee IDs, and we have implemented a fix so that meeting creation using templates works as expected once again.

FirstAgenda Prepare - Search suggestions in the iPad app

In the latest version of the app version of FirstAgenda Prepare, it is now possible to see search suggestions in the same way as in the web version. Additionally, we have resolved an issue that prevented users from creating notes and sharing comments.
