We’ve made the notes feature more intuitive and updated the icon display to make it easier to recognize and work with in your daily use.

This product update introduces the new reading view in Prepare. It has been designed to give you a better and more efficient experience when reading meeting documents and preparing for meetings – with a focus on overview, calm, and productivity.

This release includes new features and several fixes that improve stability, performance, and user experience across Prepare. Highlights include support for Greenlandic and the ability to delete Teams directly from the web administration.

In this release of Prepare, we have focused on improving the stability of the web administration and making it easier for agenda producers to work efficiently. In addition, new options have been added to the committee settings, along with several small improvements to the overall user experience.

We have fixed a number of issues in the iPad app and the Reading section, making the features more stable. In addition, Webadmin has been enhanced with improvements to the SMS field and support for minute archiving across multiple organizations.

We’ve just released a new update for the Prepare iPad app (version 8.2.1), which you can download from the App Store.
