Hard work has been going on behind the scenes in the past few weeks, and now it has resulted in a major product update for FirstAgenda Prepare. This update includes a free text field in “Send for Review,” which was a request from the 2024 customer day, as well as an addition to the Acadre integration. Additionally, a number of bugs have been fixed.
New Feature
- Free text field in “Send for Review”: With the new free text field in “Send for Review,” the agenda collector can now attach a message that is sent along with the notification when an agenda is ready for review. This could, for example, include a specific deadline for the review or highlight particular areas of focus.
- Settings from Acadre are automatically transferred to Live: The settings for case presentations from Acadre are now automatically transferred to Live. This means there is no longer a need to copy and paste settings from Acadre or Prepare. This not only streamlines the preparation process but also ensures that the correct settings are applied to the appropriate points.
Bug Fixes
- Text in documents with tables and images: Previously, large images and tables were auto-scaled to prevent them from overflowing the page. However, this also caused text to scale down, making it very small. We have now resolved this issue by removing auto-scaling.
- Profile pictures work again: Profile pictures now function properly again in closed agenda items and in the module where you can add “Extra Participants.”
- Notification email about meeting ready for publication was mistakenly sent: Some users may have experienced receiving a notification email stating that a meeting was finalized and ready for publication, even though the meeting had actually failed to load. This issue has now been fixed.
- Notification email for approval was missing for closed-closed items: A bug caused the agenda collector to not receive an email notification when all participants had approved a closed-closed item. This has now been resolved.
- Notification settings: An issue had caused difficulties in changing notification settings. This has now been fixed, so you can once again adjust your notification settings without errors.
