Why do I not receive an SMS code?

What to do if you do not receive an SMS code:

If you have not received an SMS with the security code, you must contact an administrator in your organisation who can read your SMS code on your user profile. The contact information is at the bottom of the invitation email or forgotten password email.

Note:

  • You must click on the link in the invitation email or forgot password email before sending an SMS code

  • The SMS code is not your new password, but a temporary security password that you must use with your own password

Wrong number

You have been registered with the wrong mobile number. Check the mobile number you are registered with - this can be found in your invitation mail. If the number is wrong, contact the FirstAgenda Prepare administrator in your organisation to have it changed. The contact details of your administrator are also found in the invitation mail.

Service malfunction at your telephone company

The reason could also be a malfunction with your telephone company. It might help to turn off your phone, wait 10 seconds and turn it on again. If you still don’t receive an SMS, you can check out the operation information of some telephone companies:

If you experience service malfunctions, contact your administrator and make them change the mobile number to another number. Their contact information is in your invitation email.

New mobile number/change of telecommunications company

Is it a newly created mobile number, or are you about to move your mobile number from one company to another, it may be because the creation reading process has not yet been completed, and thus prevents the SMSs from being delivered.

You can try turning off your mobile. Wait 10 seconds also turn it back on and test if it fixes the problem. If not, it may take a few days before you can receive the SMS, so in the meantime, the administrator will need to read the SMS code for you under your user profile.
