If you use an authenticator app for two-factor login to Prepare but have lost access to the app, help is available.
Contact your administrator
If you have lost access to your authenticator app and need it to log in to Prepare, you should contact your administrator in Prepare.
Your administrator can reset the authenticator setup for your account, after which you will need to go through the authenticator setup process again during your next login.

Please note
Regardless of whether your organization has required you to use the authenticator app for logging into Prepare, or if you enabled the feature yourself, you must contact your administrator if you lose access to your authenticator app.
