If you or your organization has chosen to use an Authenticator app for two-factor login, you will need to set up the Authenticator app the first time you log in to Prepare. At the bottom of the video, you will find a walkthrough on setting up an authenticator app.
How to set up the Authenticator app during login
- Log in to web.firstagenda.com as usual.
- Enter your username and password, then click Log in.
- You will now be prompted to set up an Authenticator app. Click Start setup.
You will see a guide on the screen explaining how to download and set up an Authenticator app.
Follow these steps:
- Take your phone and go to the AppStore or Google Play Store. If you already have an Authenticator app, proceed to step 3.
- Download an Authenticator app from the AppStore or Google Play Store. If you are unsure which one to use, contact your administrator.
- Open the Authenticator app on your phone and add a new account.
- Scan the QR code shown on the Prepare login page (alternatively, click the Show manual code button and enter it in the Authenticator app).
- Once FirstAgenda is registered in the Authenticator app, you will see a 6-digit code in the app.
- Enter the 6-digit code in Prepare and click Confirm setup.
You have now set up the Authenticator app. Click Go to FirstAgenda Prepare.
You are now logged into Prepare and have set up an Authenticator app linked to FirstAgenda. From now on, you will be asked to enter a one-time code from your Authenticator app each time you log in.
