In recent times, a lot of work has been done on a wide range of optimizations in FirstAgenda Prepare. It is now possible to activate automatic deletion of meetings, use Touch and Face ID with extended timeout, and various improvements have been made to user administration.

With the latest update of FirstAgenda Prepare, it is now possible for all our AD customers to create a redirect URL, while the info boxes throughout Prepare are working again.

• Quick shortcut to FirstAgenda Prepare with a redirect URL: With the redirect URL, organization administrators can create a quick shortcut to FirstAgenda Prepare, allowing users to skip the FirstAgenda login box and go directly to the organization that the redirect URL points to. The redirect URL is only relevant for organizations using AD or another external login.

In the latest update we have added one link and fixed another link.

Some of our users experience that there are gaps in the text in Prepare, which help make documents unreadable. Unfortunately, we cannot solve the problem ourselves, as it must be solved with either Chrome or PDFj.
