LetDialog can be accessed via smartphone by downloading the LetDialog app from the App Store or Google Play. You can also access LetDialog from your PC through app.letdialog.dk. Similarly, you can access LetDialog in a browser from your iPad or Tablet.
This guide is based on LetDialog in a browser.
When you need to create a user in LetDialog, you first need to receive an invitation from the person you're going to have a dialogue with. You cannot create a user without an invitation.
How to create your user in LetDialog:
- Open your email and click on the link in the invitation email.
- Accept the legal basis and then the invitation.
- Open your email again and copy the one-time code you just received.
- Now go to app.letdialog.dk and enter your email address in the field and press continue.
- Enter the one-time code in the password field and press login.
- If you're not logging in with MitID, you need to create a self-chosen password and repeat it. Finally, press submit.
- You now have access to your dialogues in LetDialog.
