How do I create a team?

You must be an administrator to create a team in FirstAgenda.

Important: You should only create teams in FirstAgenda, if you create your meetings directly in FirstAgenda and not in an external DMS. Read the article: When should I, and when should I NOT create a team in FirstAgenda?

How to create a team

  • Click on the menu Team.
  • Click on the Create team button at the top left corner.
  • On the left, fill in the Name field for the relevant team.
  • Decide if the team should be open or closed.
  • Click on Save.

The team has now been created, and you are ready to create meetings and agendas for the team.
