You might be experiencing that your meetings aren't moving from Prepare to Live. This is probably because your team isn't activated in the Publishing API in Prepare.
Here's how to activate the Publishing API in Prepare
- Log in to web.firstagenda.com.
- Click on "Publishing API" in the left menu.

Here, you'll get a list of your teams and an overview of which teams are activated for publishing.

- At the top of the page, choose a start date from which you want to publish agendas/minutes.

- Click "Save" once you've selected a date.
You can also edit which selections should be published.
- Click "Edit" in the top right corner to edit the publication settings for the teams.

- Now check the box "Being published" next to the teams that should be included. You also need to decide whether the title of closed items should be displayed and whether decisions on closed items should be shown. Check the box(es) if applicable.
- Click "Close" once you've made your changes.
Note:
Only future meetings are transferred to Live. Neither meetings that have already taken place nor historical meetings are transferred.
