In the latest product update for FirstAgenda Prepare, we are introducing a long-awaited feature that now allows you to sort items using categories. Additionally, it is now possible to receive SMS notifications in the same way as email notifications, and we have also made a number of minor bug fixes. You can read more about all of this below.
New Features
- Sorting of items using categories: Before the update, the sorting function was disabled when a category was inserted between items. After the latest update, the sorting function remains active, regardless of whether categories are used or not.
- You can now receive SMS notifications: With the update, it is now possible to enable SMS notifications in your organization, so that members of the organization receive an SMS notification as soon as an agenda or minutes are transferred from ESDH, released to meeting participants, and with shared comments. - Note: SMS notifications are not automatically enabled in your organization, so if you wish to use this feature, you need to contact your contact person at FirstAgenda for an offer.
- Nynorsk is now an available language option: It is now possible to choose Nynorsk as a language for your user profile. This is also applicable at the organizational level, where you can select Nynorsk.
Bug Fixes
- Meetings can once again be accessed on the iPad: Some of you may have experienced issues accessing meetings in the app on the iPad. This issue has now been resolved, and meetings can once again be accessed.
- Linked users now have immediate access to other organizations - without needing to log out and in: Previously, when using the "link organization" function, which allows you to link an organization to a user without the user needing to be created in the organization again, the user had to log out and in before the agenda collector could see that the user had been created in the organization. This has now been fixed so that the linked user has access immediately without needing to log out and in.
