It is possible to enable SMS notifications in your organization so that members of the organization receive an SMS notification as soon as an agenda or minutes are transferred from ESDH, released to meeting participants, and with shared comments.
Note: SMS notifications are not automatically enabled in your organization, so if you wish to use this feature, you need to contact your contact person at FirstAgenda for an offer.
Please note: The SMS notification is not automatically activated for individual users when the feature is enabled in the organization. The user must activate it themselves, as shown in the guide below.
- Once the SMS notification is enabled in your organization, you will have the option to enable SMS notifications. First, click on your initials or profile picture in the top right corner and click on "Notifications".

- You will now be directed to the overview of your notification settings. Here, under "Mobile number you receive SMS notifications on," you can see if the feature is activated. If it is not activated, click on "Set contact information."

- Next, toggle the slider to blue next to "Mobile number," where you must also enter the mobile number you wish to receive SMS notifications on. Save your changes by clicking "Save."

- SMS notifications are now activated for the entered number.
