In this product update, we have implemented various optimizations in the creation and invitation flow. At the same time, we have made it easier to grant users access to multiple organizations within the same group. Read the full product update below
Optimizations in user administration:
- Deletion of invitation: If you have an invitation that you want to delete, it can now be deleted directly within the invitation itself. When you click into the specific invitation, scroll down to the bottom and find the "Delete invitation" button.
- Note: You can still delete multiple invitations simultaneously by selecting multiple invitations in the invitation overview.

- Warning when entering a username that is an AD-mail: If you use AD login and need the ability to log in to an external organization that does not use AD, you must create a username. It is important that your username is not identical to your AD-mail, as this is exclusively reserved for the AD organization. Therefore, after the update, you will now receive a warning if you try to create a username that matches your AD-mail or simply uses the AD domain. This warning will appear in the following cases:
- If either you or your administrator tries to change your username to an AD domain
- If you enter an AD-mail as a username in the creation flow
- Note: You can create an AD-mail as a username, but you are warned against it, as this will only lead you to your AD organization.
- If either you or your administrator tries to change your username to an AD domain
- Mobile number and AD user: When you, as an AD user, are invited to a non-AD organization, the mobile number is now added to the user.
PREPARE
- Associate user with multiple organizations without a new invitation: Once a user has been invited to an organization and has accepted the invitation, the user administrator will have the option to add the user to one or more of the other organizations within the group. This is particularly relevant for groups with many organizations.

- "New user added" notification fixed: When creating a user, you could experience that the notification window "New user has been added" was shown repeatedly. This has now been fixed to display accurately.
