FirstAgenda Live - Weighted voting

The function is also commonly referred to as double voting and is used in case of a tie during a vote. With the new functionality, the administrator can now decide the vote by marking that one of the meeting participants' votes should count double - for example, the mayor's vote.

All of this is recorded in the minutes, which are automatically generated in FirstAgenda Live. Additionally, it is clearly indicated on the big screen if one of the meeting participants' votes counts double.

The benefits of this functionality are that it reduces the manual written work for the meeting secretary in post-processing the minutes, creating a more efficient and seamless written post-processing.

We have created two guides so you can see how to activate and use the feature.

NOTE: If the 'Weighted voting' function is not available for activation under the organizational settings in FirstAgenda, please contact your contact person at FirstAgenda.
