How do I update the App?

If there is a new update for the app, you will automatically be informed when you try to log in to FirstAgenda.

How to update the app:

  • Open the "App Store" on the iPad
     
    • If you have iOS 12: select "Updates" at the bottom of the screen
       
    • If you have iOS 13: select your "Apple ID profile picture" at the top right of the screen
       
  • Find "FirstAgenda Prepare" and press "Update"

You also have the option to set your iPad to update automatically.

To set the app to update automatically:

  • Close the app
     
  • Go to Settings on your iPad and go to App Store
     
  • Find Automatic Downloads and then App Updates
     
  • Enable updates so that the color of the "slider" changes to green to turn on automatic app updating
     
Update the app

 

We recommend keeping the app updated so that you always have the newest version and therefore the best user experience.
