How do I enable Touch/Face ID for login?
At first, you need an iPad that support Touch/Face ID, before you can use the function to login to FirstAgenda Prepare.
You activate and log in with Touch/Face ID as follows:
- Open the iPad's Settings and select Touch ID & Passcode
- Add your fingerprints/face, so you can use it to unluck the iPad
- Open your FirstAgenda Prepare app and press the white "slider" to enable Touch/Face ID
- Enable Touch/Face ID

Touch/Face ID and AD-Login
It is not possible to use Touch/Face ID on iPad, when your organisation is using AD-login. It is not something we at FirstAgenda kan change, since it is an Apple thing. There are other resrictions on an iPad than a browser on PC or Mac, so the iPad will always be considered as an external device of your ADFS-server, this is why you need to type in e-mail and password each time you login.
