No, notes are personal and can not be shared with others.
However, if you have a note you would like to share with others, you can alternatively copy the text from your note and make a shared comment.
- To copy the text on the iPad, hold your finger over the text and select "Select All".

- Start a shared comment. Then hold down your finger on the screen and select "Paste".
- Click "Send"
You have now copied your note into a shared comment
