The attendees that will be visible in the protocol are the participants who are attached to the specific meeting/committee.
- Which means that if a participant is absent from a specific meetig, she will be marked as absent for each agenda item.
Example:
- In the meeting below, held by the City Council, Kennet Kennetsen has been reported absent
- Therefore, he will be marked as absent in each agenda item
- Emilie Emiliesen is only absent from a single item why she is not marked as absent in page 1 of the protocol. This way, she will only be absent from this single item.
