If you experience problems with any of the following areas, we have some tips on how you can help yourself in Prepare.
The list below will be updated continuously as soon as the various challenges are resolved. You can find the resolved challenges in our list of resolved challenges.
- Old links and bookmarks no longer work
- As the new login is located on a new site, old links and saved bookmarks may no longer work.
- Instead, go directly to web.firstagenda.com or access the login page from www.firstagenda.com by clicking the login button in the upper right corner.

- If you have trouble logging in with your email, it may be because your email and username are not the same.
- Log in with your username.
- If you can't remember your username, you can use the "Forgot username" button.

- Make sure the FirstAgenda app is updated in the App Store (or reinstall the app)
- If the app is "acting up," try accessing FirstAgenda via web.firstagenda.com
- If there are login challenges via the app, do the following:
- Close the app (swipe up)
- Open Settings -> Safari -> "Clear History and Website Data"
- Restart iPad Open the app and login
- Make sure the FirstAgenda app is updated in the App Store (or reinstall the app)

- Approval notification on iPad After the new update, when logging in on iPad, you will be presented with an approval notification that you need to confirm to continue the login.
- The approval notification will also appear when changing organizations.
- We know it can be annoying, but it is a security requirement from Apple, as the app logs in to a website outside the app.

Overview of known challenges in FirstAgenda Prepare that we are currently working to resolve:
iPad-app
- Date indicator: on the selection list, a flashing date appears on the selections where there is an upcoming meeting. The date flashing has disappeared
- Missing decisions within the point: Decisions are displayed on the front page but are missing within the actual point.
- Browsing between points in portrait view: The arrows to browse between points do not work when you have the iPad in portrait orientation.

Administration section
- Users receive emails from organizations where they are deactivated: If a user has been deactivated in an organization but is still active in a committee within the organization, they still receive notifications.
- Marking of users exempt from AD login: A solution is being worked on to mark which users are exempt from AD login.
