Resolved challenges

Below you will find an overview of the challenges that have been resolved in FirstAgenda Prepare:

Thursday, April 4th

  • Editing a note: Error message appears when editing a personal note.

  • New AD users not linked to organization: AD users created via invitation are not linked to the organization.

  • FirstAgenda users in AD+ organization: Cannot be linked to new committees or given new permissions.

  • Additional participant and approval: Additional participant cannot be added to approval and therefore cannot approve.

Tuesday, May 10th

  • Log in with face ID/touch ID: Both Face ID and Touch ID work on iPad. You just need to make sure to close the app by swiping it off the screen instead of clicking "Log out" under "Settings" in the app. If you click the "Log out" button, the token and password will be removed, and you'll need to log in again with your username + password before Touch ID and Face ID will work again.

  • New AD user and phone number: The phone number field is no longer mandatory for an AD user invitation. This means that the agenda collector can delete the phone number that is set when clicking "Edit invitation". (Note: A solution regarding admin phone number, which will be set by default, will be available later.)

  • Editing invitations: When inviting an external user (a user who is not an AD user) in an AD organization, you activate the "Invite external user" setting. Now, the setting can also be done by clicking "Edit invitation" if you forgot to enable the setting initially.

  • Invitations and displaying one-time code: On invitations, admins can now view the one-time code and assist invited users who report not receiving the code for some reason.

  • Expired password email: Contains an incorrect link. The temporary solution is to click "Forgot your password?" in the login box.

  • Email templates and language: Emails now have a much nicer design and are available in DK (Danish), SE (Swedish), NO (Norwegian), and EN (English).

Wednesday, May 10th

  • Password rules with æ, ø, and å: The error message "Password not strong enough!" was displayed if a new password contained æ, ø, or å. The Danish letters can now be included in new passwords.

  • Duplicate invitations and warning: Several user administrators have inadvertently created multiple invitations to the same email address, mainly because invitations are not promptly synced in Prepare. This has resulted in some confusion, including the generation of temp.org emails if an invitation already exists. We are now trying to prevent duplicates by issuing a warning if you enter an email that already exists in an invitation. The message reads: "An invitation has already been sent to this email. See invitation.". The same warning appears when editing invitations.

  • User list in Prepare with indication of old invitations: Invitations from the "old" login or organizational users without association with a public user are marked with a lightning symbol, making them easy to find in the user list.

Friday, May 12th - (Update to the latest version 8.03 for the solutions to take effect on iPad)

  • Timeout on iPad: If you set a timeout on the iPad, for example, 30 minutes, the time setting will not take effect on the iPad.

  • PDF Module and æ, ø, å: When downloading a meeting that was released before our updates, there was an HTML encoding error. But only if the agenda was transferred from ESDH. Now the Danish letters (æ, ø, å) are displayed correctly again.

  • Login logs under "Settings": Now include SSO logins. This means logins after 15/4 (Binero) and 22/4 (Amazon).

  • Profile language: Now respected in the Admin section. A little trick is to remember to use the "Back to Prepare button" at the top right for the language to take effect (see screenshot below).

  • Profile picture: You can now add, change, modify, and delete your profile picture.

  • iPad and switching between Binero and Amazon: Works, and you will no longer be locked or receive an error message.

Tuesday, May 23

Sorting in Committee Table: When accessing a committee and clicking on "Edit" to modify users' rights within the committee, it is once again possible to sort the columns in the table, allowing for a quick overview of who the agenda collector, committee member, etc., are.
