In the latest release of FirstAgenda Prepare, we have focused on making several bug fixes.
- Incorrect display with "associate user with organization": In Prepare, user administrators can associate the user with other organizations within the group, so the user avoids receiving an invitation to each organization in the group. Some users have experienced a display error where some of the organizations were not shown, and therefore the user could not be associated with them. This has now been fixed, so the organizations are again displayed in the overview.
- Send for review and user marking: When clicking in the middle of the list of users with the right to read unreleased versions, the top checkbox on the list was removed. The marking now behaves as expected again, and the checkbox is removed next to the user you click on.
- Deletion of folder under "Other material": If the agenda compiler deleted a folder under Other material, an error message appeared stating "undefined files." This has now been fixed so that the error no longer occurs.
- Closed meetings lose red font when made historical: When a closed meeting is made historical, the red font disappeared. This has now been fixed so that the meeting retains the red color.
- Link in notification to "Shared comment" does not open correctly: Clicking on the link in email notifications now again leads directly to the chat window where you can read the shared comment.
