This release includes new features and several fixes that improve stability, performance, and user experience across Prepare. Highlights include support for Greenlandic and the ability to delete Teams directly from the web administration.
New Features
- New language support: Greenlandic
We’ve added Greenlandic as a selectable language in Prepare and Live, improving accessibility and usability for our North Atlantic users.
- Delete Team feature in Web Administration
It is now possible to delete a Team directly from the web administration once it has been deactivated. When a Team is deleted, it is permanently removed, making it easier to keep your overview organized.
Bug Fixes
- Historical Teams removed from notification settings
We fixed an issue where historical Teams were still shown in notification settings. Since no new meetings are published for these Teams, they no longer appear in the list.
- Correction of meeting time in agenda overview
In the previous release, sorting was changed to show the most recently updated agendas. However, the meeting time was incorrectly shown as “last changed” instead of the actual meeting start. This has now been corrected.
- Historical meetings hidden for agenda producers
We fixed an issue where historical meetings were still visible to agenda producers of the corresponding Team. These meetings are now fully hidden, as no further actions can be taken on them.
- Automatic membership when assigning agenda producer role
When assigning a user the agenda producer role, they are now automatically marked as an Other member, regardless of whether the role is assigned via the Teams menu or the Users menu.
- Agenda producer unable to view case presentation after publishing minutes (ESDH meetings)
We fixed an issue where the agenda producer who published the minutes could no longer see the case presentation afterward. This has been resolved, ensuring access to both the case presentation and minutes.
- Updating Team name when changed in XML
Team names in Prepare now update automatically when a meeting from ESDH comes in with a new name but the same ID. This ensures the Team name always reflects the latest data from the XML file.
