There have recently been a number of updates to FirstAgenda Prepare. These updates include improvements related to content downloads, time zones, and a reorganization of various logs.
- Download the entire item's content:
The right to download documents has been moved from organizational settings to a feature that can be activated for each individual committee under the 'Allow document download' setting. This is particularly useful if you do not want users to be able to download documents from all committees in the organization. Additionally, it is now possible to download the entire item's content - not just individual documents. This feature is only available on the web via a web browser and is therefore not available on iPad yet.
- Timezone optimization: Details about when a user was created and who last updated a user now follow the timezone and language settings configured in your user profile.
- User and login logs: With the update, user and login logs have been relocated to User Administration. This means that logs related to the user list, administrator list, logins, and added or removed administrators can now be found under the "Logs" tab in User Administration. The remaining logs will still be accessible under "Settings" in the Administration section.
