We’ve made the notes feature more intuitive and updated the icon display to make it easier to recognize and work with in your daily use.
Improvements to the notes feature
Helper text in the note field
To make it clearer where you can write a note, a helper text saying “Write note…” is now displayed in the note field. It now works in the same way as the “Shared comment” field, providing a more consistent user experience.
Updated notes icon in the thumbnail view
The icon for Notes in the thumbnail overview has been updated so it now matches the notes icon used on documents and in the toolbar. This creates a more consistent visual experience across the system.
