In the latest product update for FirstAgenda Prepare, we have implemented a range of suggestions and feedback from several of our customers. We have introduced a new warning modal when opening restricted material, highlighted the delete meeting warning button, and adjusted the distance between the “Send for Review” and “Go to Release” buttons.
You can read more about all this - and a few additional updates - right here ⬇️
Help for Agenda Producers
- Warning modal for opening restricted content: To help prevent agenda organizers from accidentally opening confidential content, we now display a clear warning before they open restricted content. This applies to meetings, items, and attachments.
- Clearer warning for deleting meetings: To reduce the risk of accidentally deleting a meeting that should not be deleted, we have improved the warning modal with a clear description of what happens if “Delete meeting permanently” is selected.
- “Send for Review” button too close to “Go to Release”: Several of our customers expressed concerns that the “Send for Review” and “Go to Release” buttons were too close to each other. We have now resolved this by spacing them further apart. Additionally, the other two links, “Read” and “Go to Released Version,” are now positioned at the top of the meeting page.
Reading section
- in Prepare Displaying search result count: When you search in the reading section of Prepare on your computer, the total number of search results will now be shown, just as it appears when searching on the iPad app.
- Download meeting materials with or without attachments: Several of our customers expressed a desire for users to be able to download agendas and minutes without attachments via the “Download Content” button. This feature has now been added, so users can choose to exclude attachments when using the “Download Content” button.
