In this release of Prepare, we have focused on improving the stability of the web administration and making it easier for agenda producers to work efficiently. In addition, new options have been added to the committee settings, along with several small improvements to the overall user experience.
Improvements and fixes
- Agenda producer created as “Other member”
Previously, when an agenda producer was linked to a committee, they were automatically created as a committee member. This has now been changed so that the agenda producer will be created as an other member, as they typically do not participate in the meeting itself.
- Correction in the “Source ID” field in committee settings
For organisations integrated with DMS, it is now possible to add a new source ID when creating new committees (if enabled for your organisation). The new source ID must match the ID from your DMS system, and historical source IDs will remain visible.
- Clickable timestamp when creating manual meetings
The small timestamp message indicating that changes were ‘Saved’ could previously obstruct the view when creating manual meetings. It can now be dismissed, making the process smoother and more efficient.
- Clearer titles when deleting meetings
The dialog box title now varies depending on whether you are deleting a published or an unpublished meeting. This provides better clarity and confidence in the workflow.
- “Recently changed agendas” – clearer display
The display on the front page of the web administration has been improved. The most recently changed agenda now always appears at the top of the list, making it easier to find what you last worked on.
- Improved overview of users under “Committees”
The list of users under a committee is now by default sorted by Committee member instead of alphabetically. This provides a clearer and more logical overview when adding or editing users.
