In the latest product update of FirstAgenda Prepare, we have made two minor bug fixes. These include a correction related to searches and a bug fix regarding the notification that everyone has approved an item.
- Search resulted in a blank page: Some meeting participants may have experienced being shown a blank page when clicking on a keyword suggestion during a search. This error has now been fixed, and the documents containing the specific keyword will be displayed instead.
- Notification that "everyone has approved" was missing: The scenario where the agenda collector did not receive the notification that everyone has approved occurred if a deactivated user was still on the list of users who needed to approve an item. This issue has now been resolved so that deactivated users will no longer be on the list of approvers. The agenda collector will once again receive an email notification when all active users have approved the item.
