We have just released a minor update to user administration. In this update, we have focused on user creation and invitation flows, where we have added additional help text and made it easier to reactivate an expired invitation.
- Reactivation of an expired invitation: If a user administrator is trying to invite a user who already has an active or expired invitation, the system will now automatically recognize the email address and provide a link to the list of invitations with a pre-filled search field.
Note: By default, the link will open the list of active invitations. If the invitation has expired, remember to switch to the "Expired" tab.
- What does "External User" mean? Administrators now have the option to read about the meaning of the "External User" function during the actual user creation process. Next to the function, there will be an explanatory text and a link to the corresponding support article.
