Are you unsure about which user type to choose when creating your account in LetDialog? Then keep reading here.
Administrators
In LetDialog, there are two types of administrators: organization administrator and unit administrator.
Organization Administrator
An organization administrator has full oversight of the organization's use of LetDialog. The organization administrator is automatically a unit administrator in all units and can manage all users in LetDialog. Additionally, an organization administrator can set up legal framework and choose which units from FKO to utilize.
Unit Administrator
A unit administrator can manage and add members to the unit they administer.
The unit administrator can view the overall information about the dialogues in the unit, such as Subject, Concerns, Dialogue Manager, Last sent message, but they cannot view the messages themselves in the dialogues - except for the dialogues they are part of. Additionally, a unit administrator can add or remove participants and close dialogues in the unit.
A unit administrator can also appoint other employees as unit administrators.
User Types
In addition to administrators, there are employee, external employee, and citizen user types.
Employee
An employee will typically be an internal employee who has an AD login used for logging in to LetDialog. However, an employee can also log in with email and password or MitID.
If necessary, an employee can also be appointed as both a unit administrator and organization administrator.
The employee's primary role in LetDialog will be to participate in dialogues in the organization's units. The employee can create dialogues in the units they are affiliated with. When an employee creates a dialogue, they will determine the login method for the invited participant.
External Employee
The external employee does not have an AD login, so they must log in with MitID or email address and password.
Similar to the employee, the external employee can also participate in and create dialogues in the units they are affiliated with, as well as determine the login method for the invited participants.
An external employee cannot be appointed as a unit administrator or organization administrator.
Citizen
The last user type is citizen. A citizen is invited into a dialogue by either an employee or external employee. The citizen cannot create dialogues themselves.
It is up to the inviter to decide how the citizen logs in. It can be either with MitID or with email address and password.
