Why can´t I use Touch ID on my iPad when I log in with AD-login

Scenario:

When I log into FirstAgenda in the browser through my PC or Mac, I can just type in my AD-mail and click on the orange arrow and then I am logged into FirstAgenda. But on my iPad I have to type in my AD-login every time. Why?

Explanation:

This is due to other restrictions on your iPad than the browser on your PC or Mac. The iPad is being considered as a external unit by your ADFS-server. It is possible to expand the timeout but it is a setting that needs to be changed from your ADFS-server since it is the AD that controls the access to FirstAgenda. Please contact the administrator in your organisation in regards to the options about expanding the timeout.
