What do I do if I no longer need to use AD login but need to use FirstAgenda login instead?

If you no longer need to use AD login and need to switch to FirstAgenda login, you can do the following:
 

  1. Contact your administrator and request to have 'External User' activated on your user profile.
     
  2. Ask your administrator to change your username to something other than your AD email.
