Which Logs can I download?

You can download a variety of logs in FirstAgenda Prepare - Some can be found directly in Prepare, while others are located in user administration. Read on to get an overview of logs and where to find specific logs.

Logs in Prepare

  • Click on 'Settings' in the left menu in Prepare.
     
  • Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page where you will find the overview of logs.

The following logs can be downloaded directly in Prepare:
 

  • Team acces list
     
  • User list
     
  • Login list
     
  • Protected Material Access list
     
  • Team grant and revoke log
     
  • Admin list
     
  • List of added and removed administrators
     
  • List of organisation changes
     
  • List of committee changes
     

Click on the blue 'Download' button next to the log you want to download.
 

Logs in User Administration

Logs related to users can be found in user administration.

  • Click on 'Settings' in the left menu in Prepare.
     
  • Now click on 'Edit organization' next to your organization's name.

  • You will now be redirected to user administration. Click on 'Logs' in the left menu.
     
  • You will now see an overview of logs that can be downloaded in user administration.

The following logs can be downloaded in user administration:
 

  • User list
     
  • Logins
     
  • Administrator list
     
  • Administrator grants
     

Click on 'Download' next to the log you want to download.
