How do I activate 'Scanning of national ID number'?

To activate datascan, you need to be an administrator in FirstAgenda Prepare. The feature is activated at the committee level.

Please note

The scanning tool is an add-on to your existing contract. If you wish to purchase the scanning tool, you should contact your nearest representative at FirstAgenda.
 

How to activate Scanning of national ID number'

  • In the left menu in Prepare, click on Team
     
  • In the team list, click on the team where you want to activate datascan
     
  • Turn on the toggle for 'national ID number scan' so that it turns blue
     
  • Finally, click Save
     

The feature is now activated for the selected committee.
