If you're experiencing issues with users not transferring to Live, there could be several explanations.
1. The user hasn't used their invitation
When you send an invitation to a user in Prepare, the user will immediately appear in the user list - even if the user hasn't accepted and used the invitation yet.
Only when the user has accepted the invitation and created their user account in Prepare can the user be imported into Live.
Make sure the user has accepted their invitation and then import the users into Live.

2. The user isn't associated with a committee
For a user to be imported into Live, the user must be associated with a committee in Prepare, either as a committee member or as another member.
- If the user has voting rights in Live, the user must be associated with the committee as a committee member.
- If the user is chair of meeting or is a substitute, the user must be associated with the committee as another member.
Therefore, make sure the user is associated with a committee in Prepare and then import users into Live.
