A long-awaited feature has now been launched – it is now possible to make video calls in LetDialog. Additionally, a minor bug fix has been implemented.
- Make video calls in LetDialog: As an Organization Administrator, you have the option to enable the functionality at the unit level. This means that you decide which units within the organization should have access to the feature. Once video calls are enabled for a unit, the dialogue owner will be able to start a video call directly from the dialogue via the “Start Video Call” button. As soon as a person joins a video call, it is automatically logged in the activity log, and the video call room is automatically closed when the call ends.
- Note: To enable video calls, the feature must first be activated at the organizational level. This must be done by support. Therefore, contact FirstAgenda support if the feature has not been activated. You can check if the feature is enabled under “Organization” and then “Settings.”

- Bug fix for dialogue creation: Some of you may have experienced an issue when creating a dialogue if an employee was a member of both an active unit and an archived unit. This issue has now been resolved to prevent it from occurring again.
