The ability to deactivate features allows you to customize FirstAgenda Live more to your organization's needs.
Additionally, we have also fixed a minor inconvenience in the solution, where an edited proposal disappeared from the meeting participant's overview until the user refreshed the browser.
Here's a bit about the features that can be enabled/disabled:
- Speaker List: Can now be disabled/enabled for meeting participants and for administration. This is beneficial for organizations that do not work with speaking time. When the speaker list is disabled for meeting participants, the administration can still add participants to the speaker list and start and stop speaking time. If the speaker list is disabled for the entire organization, it will not appear empty for meeting participants, administration, or on the big screen display.
- Proposals: We can now disable the option for meeting participants to submit proposals in the solution. The administration still has the ability to create proposals on behalf of meeting participants.
- Public/Private Proposals: We can now restrict the submission of public proposals. This means that meeting participants' proposals are always marked as private when submitted in FirstAgenda Live. The administration can mark the proposal as public when the proposal is presented at the meeting.
- Conflict of Interest Assessment: Can be disabled/enabled for meeting participants and for administration. This is advantageous for organizations that do not want the conflict of interest assessment to be handled within the solution for various reasons. This means that the feature can be disabled, so meeting participants do not have the option to request a conflict of interest assessment, but it may still be possible for the administration to submit a conflict of interest assessment on behalf of participants.
- Cancel Attendance: We can now restrict the option for meeting participants to cancel attendance in the solution. This is beneficial for organizations that want meeting participants, for example, to call in to cancel attendance. The administration can still cancel attendance on behalf of meeting participants.
This version thus supports the activation of features by FirstAgenda at the organizational level. This means that if one of the features is disabled for the organization, it applies to all committees and all meetings. Contact your account manager or support for further information.
