With automatic convening, the administration of FirstAgenda Live can easily and quickly convene a deputy if a politician cancels a meeting.
The administration has in advance set up deputies in the party and in the order in which they are to be convened. When they have been convened the administration can follow whether the deputy refuses or accepts the invitation to the meeting.
