The first product update of the year for FirstAgenda Live is now available, featuring a range of minor improvements and bug fixes. It is now no longer possible to delete “No Party,” which is the party that imported users are assigned to before being allocated to their correct party. Additionally, users will now encounter a clear message when using automatic import, and bug fixes have been made regarding recusal requests and the deletion of standard texts.
- “No Party” cannot be deleted: When meeting participants are imported into FirstAgenda Live, they are automatically assigned to the party called “No Party,” as FirstAgenda Live does not know the users’ party affiliations. Prior to this update, administrators could delete the party, which could result in the transfer of meetings, users, and committees from Live to Prepare failing. It is now no longer possible to delete the party, minimizing the risk of failed transfers.
- Clear message for automatic import: When automatic import is enabled for an organization, the “Import” button will be inactive. A corresponding explanation will clarify that the import happens automatically and cannot be performed manually.
- Bug fix for recusal requests: Previously, a meeting participant could submit multiple recusal requests for the same agenda item. This is no longer possible, as the request is locked after submission. If the participant wishes to modify their request, they must contact their administrator.
- Bug fix for deleting standard texts: Previously, a standard text might not have been deleted even if a message indicated otherwise. This issue has now been resolved, ensuring that standard texts are deleted and removed as expected.
