In this product update for FirstAgenda Live, we have delved into some of the minor errors and inconveniences and fixed them. Below you can read more about the bug fixes we have made.
- Clear checkmarks for completed items: In points with particularly long titles, it was a bit difficult to see where they were marked as completed. The small green checkmark simply became smaller and smaller the longer the title of the point was. This is now resolved by giving the checkmark a fixed size again.
- Search results remain in the box: When, as an administrator, searching for a meeting participant instead of adding them as a comment to a main speaker on the speaker list, the search results "jumped" out of the box itself. This is now fixed.
- No automatic substitute after the meeting start time: Administrators have been able to initiate an automatic summons of a substitute even though the meeting start time had passed. This resulted in some minor challenges because an invitation was never sent to the meeting participant. This is now resolved by not allowing the administrator to start an automatic summons after the meeting start time has passed - instead, the administrator must manually summon the substitute or on a point-by-point basis.
- Sender of proposal: In an A/B vote, meeting participants can now see the sender of the proposal - just like in a regular vote (see screenshot).
