When might it be relevant to delete a message?
In the use of LetDialog in group dialogues, it may be relevant for the dialogue manager to delete a message in the dialogue.
Moderation is particularly important in group dialogues involving multiple different citizens.
Guidance for Web
- Hover over the message you want to delete and click on the trash can icon.
- A pop-up box will appear on the screen, where you need to confirm that you want to delete the message.
As the dialogue manager, you can also delete others' messages in the dialogue. When a message is deleted, this will be indicated in the dialogue, and it will also be indicated who deleted the message.
Guidance for the app
On your phone, we've also made it extremely easy to delete a message if it should no longer be available in LetDialog.
- Press and hold the message you want to delete and tap on the trash can icon that appears next to the message.
- Then tap on "Delete message" in the pop-up box.
The message is now deleted.
