How to receive SMS notifications

On LetDialog, you can enable SMS notifications to receive a text message when a new event occurs. SMS notifications can be enabled on the web or through the app.

Note: When you change your mobile number on the website or in the app, you need to log out and back in again to see the changes on other devices, such as mobile or computer.

Here's how to activate SMS notifications on the web

  • Log in to app.letdialog.dk
     
  • Click on your profile at the top right corner and select Notifications.

  • Toggle the slider next to SMS notifications and click on Save Changes. 
     
    • (Note: To enable the slider, make sure you have added a phone number to your profile. You can do this under Profile Settings.)

You will now receive SMS notifications in the future.
 

Is your phone number correct?

When you activate SMS notifications, it's beneficial to check if the provided phone number is correct.

  • Click on Profile Settings 
     
  • Check and correct your phone number if necessary. Once you make changes, click Save Changes.
     

Here's how to activate SMS notifications on the app:

  • Log in to the LetDialog app
     
  • At the bottom, tap on Profile Settings.
     
  • In the left menu, tap on the small clock icon representing notifications.

You will now receive SMS notifications in the future.
