It may happen that a user is a member of multiple organizations but can only see one organization when they log in. For example, a user may be added to a new organization and no longer able to see the old organization(s) they were a member of. This is because the user already has an existing user in FirstAgenda Prepare but has inadvertently created multiple accounts.
This typically occurs if the user has multiple email addresses in play, for example, a Gmail and an Outlook email. Let's say the user's account is associated with Gmail, and Gmail is the username. If the user then receives an invitation to a new organization through their Outlook email and logs in with the Outlook email, they actually create a completely new user account. Therefore, the user cannot see all their organizations on the account where Outlook email is the username because the other organizations are associated with the user account where Gmail is the username.
What do I do then?
If the above happens, you should contact the user and have them confirm that they can still access the old organization(s) by logging in with the account that has Gmail as the username. Once confirmed, you should delete the new user (the account with the Outlook email as the username) and resend the invitation, just as you did the first time.
Also, make the user aware that when they confirm the invitation and log in, it should be with their existing user (the account with Gmail as the username).
If you experience any other challenges, please feel free to contact support.
NOTE: The user's username is not necessarily an email address - the user may have chosen a custom username. The important thing is that the user uses the login credentials that match the existing user.
