What are AD groups?

AD groups or Group claim names - are used to manage which users that are allowed access to FirstAgenda. If you have several organizations you can also manage who has access to specific organizations.

How to activate AD groups (Group claim name)

  • Create a group in your AD for each organization
     
  • Send the exact name for the AD group to FirstAgenda at support@firstagenda.com
     
  • Then we will configure your organization with the AD group name
     
  • Please place the users in the AD group which are allowed access to the organization in FirstAgenda

Users that are not registered in the AD group will not be granted access to FirstAgenda.
 

NB
If you e.g. only have one organization in FirstAgenda then you can manage the access by creating an AD group and place the users that are allowed to access FirstAgenda in this group. 

The settings for the AD login are different for the different organizations but the majority chooses to refrain from the AD groups so all the users in a organization per default have access to all open teams when they log in to FirstAgenda.
