How do I create a voting with items?

If you want to divide a setting or a proposal into multiple items so that you can vote on them individually.

Here's how to create a voting with items: 

  • Go to the meeting and the specific item on the agenda where you want to create a voting with items.
     
  • Start by highlighting the text with the mouse on the existing setting/proposal that should be sent for individual voting.
     
  • Above the highlighted text, a box will now appear with the options "Proposition" and "Suggestion".

  • Click on "Proposition" and "Suggestion". Your setting/proposal will now be added to the agenda and will be placed below the original Proposition/Suggestion
     
Click on "Proposition" and "Suggestion".

 

  • Repeat the process for the items that should be sent for individual voting.
     
  • Now you can send each item from the original setting/proposal for voting.
