In the latest product update for FirstAgenda Live, it is now possible to see a timestamp for when a meeting participant has canceled, among other things. Additionally, the administrator can now download attachments from settings and submitted proposals, while a number of additions and corrections have been made to the big screen view.

Timestamp for cancellations
The product update includes an addition that allows the administrator to see a timestamp for when a meeting participant has canceled. This is intended to provide better insight into compliance with cancellation deadlines. Below is an example of the timestamp for a cancellation.

Administrator can download attachments
Now administrators can also download attachments from settings and submitted proposals in the administration view.

Big screen - additions and corrections
If a meeting participant has signed up for the speaker list in the form of a comment, this is also made clearer on the big screen view. The solution now also takes into account the time zone the user has specified in their profile rather than the time zone registered on the user's PC. This should address display errors for speaking time on the big screen view.
