Yes, in FirstAgenda Live you can view suggestions made by other in the organisation.
Please click on the meeting you want to see the suggestion for and choose the specific agenda item. Here you will be able to view suggestions that other people have made like shown below:

Private and public suggestions
As attendee you are able to see suggestions from others. If they have made their suggestion private you can not see the suggestion, no matter if you are using the app or the web version. The suggestion will also not be visible in presentation view if it has been made private.
