Why do I not receive mails?

There can be various reasons for you not receiving your emails from First Agenda:

  1. the e-mail is landed in the "Junk" folder (or the "Clutter" folder if you are using Outlook 2016 or later). Check the folders in your mail program.
  2. the mail is landed in your organization's spam filter. Contact your security department and have them check if there are any restrictions on receiving e-mail's from First Agenda and Amazon AWS.
    • If there are any restrictions, your organization must allow e-mail's from the addresses (@ firstagenda.com, smtp.firstagenda.com and smtp-out.eu-west-1.amazonses.com) before you can receive e-mail's from First Agenda (Amazon is the server used to send e-mails).
  3. you are registered with the wrong e-mail address

If none of these works, please contact an administrator from your organization, so we can look at what the cause may be.
